The Grammy Awards also called Grammys, are the most prestigious awards in the music industry worldwide. The awards are presented by the Recording Academy, an American Academy, annually. They were originally known as the Gramophone Awards because the trophy symbolised a glided gramophone.
The first Grammy Awards ceremony was held in 1959 in 28 different categories to honour the performers for the year 1958. The 67th Grammy Awards were presented on February 2, 2025.
